Where do you need my help

  • I live entirely in my head and feel disconnected from my body—I only notice my physical health when I get sick or completely burn out.

  • I am exhausted all the time, but I don't know how to rest without feeling guilty or anxious that I should be doing something productive.

  • I use adrenaline and stress as fuel to get through my day, and now my body is keeping the score with chronic fatigue and tension.

  • I know what I should be doing for my health, but my high-stress lifestyle makes it feel impossible to stick to any nutrition or movement plan.

  •  I feel unsafe slowing down; I need help regulating my nervous system so I can actually relax and recover from the trauma of high-pressure environments.

My Story

My journey began in health and human services at age 16, working as a Medical Assistant and later earning advanced degrees in public health and counseling. Despite outward success, I often felt fragmented—driven by duty but disconnected from joy. That dissonance led me to explore holistic wellness and eventually transition into coaching, where I now integrate science, spirituality, and lived experience to support others.

Clients come to me exhausted, questioning their worth, and unsure how to sustain their leadership without sacrificing their well-being. We work together to unpack limiting beliefs, clarify values, and build rituals of accountability and renewal. My three-pillar approach—Body, Mind, and Spirit—guides each session, blending evidence-based strategies with soulful reflection.

Clients leave with more than insight—they gain tools for emotional regulation, strategic clarity, and embodied confidence. They learn to lead without losing themselves, to honor their achievements, and to cultivate joy alongside impact.

Beyond coaching, I design experiential curriculum, teach health sciences, and create wellness rituals for diverse communities. I also mentor emerging professionals in their own coaching practice, trauma-informed leadership, and integrative health. As a Board member for the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching, I strive to provide access to coaching for all.
