Justin Willden

Having moved from leading specialized teams to sitting at the executive table, I have experienced firsthand the toll that high-performance demands can take. As a Leadership Coach I help leaders and high performers navigate burnout, align personal and professional lives, create safeguards to protect progress, and build leadership blueprints to guide your life.

My coaching is grounded in the principles of values-aligned living. I help high-achieving leaders navigate the complexity of their roles without losing themselves in the process. Let’s stop normalizing the burnout and start building a leadership style that leaves you feeling fulfilled and energized.

Where Can I

Help

  • If I stop, the whole thing collapses. My employees’ mortgages and my family’s future rest entirely on my shoulders.

  • I physically leave work, but mentally, I never clock out. My brain is constantly scanning for threats, problems, or the next fire to put out.

  • I feel a growing friction between who I am as a person and who I have to be to survive in this industry.

  • I feel like a robot moving through the motions of life.

  • I’m keeping it together at work, but my health is slipping, my patience is gone, and my relationships are hanging by a thread.

  • I’m winning the battle at the office but losing the war at home.

My Story

My journey to leadership was not a straight line. It began as a high school dropout hitting rock bottom, overwhelmed by failure and despair. In that moment of darkness, I found a foundational truth through prayer: my worth was inherent, not earned. That shift changed everything.

I spent the next chapter of my life dedicated to high-stakes service—from the military and law enforcement to emergency Services. I have seen humanity at its best and its worst. These roles taught me how to navigate crisis, have faith, and see the good in the world on purpose. Now, as a husband, father, and business executive, I have learned that true success isn't about the title you hold, but the intentionality with which you live.

I became a student of leadership to understand how to bridge the gap between doing good work and feeling good about the life you are building (living life with real intent).

My coaching practice is the culmination of this journey. I am here to serve you in your pursuit of self-mastery. Whether you are rebuilding after a setback or looking to elevate your executive presence, I am here to walk that path with you. Your stewardship is affecting more than you, so it’s important we take this seriously. You are capable of becoming better than you are today. Let’s get to work.
