Where do you need my help
-
I’m stuck managing tasks instead of leading people.
-
I have the title, but I don't feel like a 'leader.' I’m just guessing at what I’m supposed to do.
-
I think I’m being clear and helpful, but my team seems unmotivated or confused.
-
I never have time for strategic thinking because I spend 100% of my time putting out fires and solving immediate problems.
-
I don't know how to lead authentically without losing authority.
-
The tools that got me here aren't working anymore. The politics are harder, the team dynamics are messier, and I need a more sophisticated toolkit to handle this level of pressure.
My Story
For much of my professional journey, success from the outside didn't match how I felt on the inside. As I stepped into increasingly senior roles, I found myself wrestling with doubt, feeling the weight of stress, and struggling to bring my authentic self to work.
That experience became the foundation for the work I do today. When I work with clients, we tackle the strategic questions and complex decisions that come with senior leadership, but we also do something equally important: I remind you that your work, no matter how demanding, does not define your worth as a person. This perspective matters because high-achieving leaders often tie their identity so closely to their professional performance that setbacks feel like personal failures.
In our coaching relationship, we create space to explore challenges without judgment, examine the leadership patterns that serve you and those that hold you back, and develop strategies that align with your values and professional goals.
My clients walk away with a genuine confidence in their capabilities and an ability to trust their judgement. Instead of reacting to stress, they respond thoughtfully, drawing on their expertise and values. They recognize and own their achievements instead of downplaying their successes or immediately shift focus to what's next without pausing to acknowledge what they've accomplished. My clients develop their strengths and increase their impact within their team and across the organization.
Your leadership journey is uniquely yours, but you don't have to walk it alone. That's what I'm here for.
